Albert P. Foundos is Chairman of Lamsia Inc. a company engaged in managing family investments in Korca, Albania – The Regency Hotel, NPV International which is an export clothing manufacturing plant, and the new Millenium-Majestic movie theater. Mr. Foundos was the founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Fluid Data, Inc. from its inception until the company was sold to Elsag Bailey Process Automation in 1995. Fluid Data, Inc., was formed in 1972. In 1983, Mr. Foundos acquired a U.K. manufacturer of process analyzers and in 1988 further acquired Amscor Company in Texas. The company had operations in New York, London and Houston with over 150 employees and annual sales of over $19 million. Mr. Foundos is a Trustee and Treasurer of St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary, on the Board of International Orthodox Christian Charities, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Albanian American Council
