Tush P. Nikollaj
President and CEO

Co-founder of Logical Net Communications, Tush has been a leader in technology since 1994. In his role as President and CEO of Logical Net Communications Tush is responsible for the oversight, engagement and execution of all mergers and acquisition strategies, direction for new products, business development, and sales. In addition to managing the organization's overall corporate strategy, Tush still contributes to project management by directing new product launches to a host of tertiary markets.

Under Tush's tutelage, Logical Net Communications has grown from a 4-person operation to a 75-person operation in five years. Now, with strategically placed offices throughout New York and New England, Logical Net Communications serves Upstate New York, parts of Vermont and Western Massachusetts. Logical Net's sales growth has exceeded 3,292 percent from 1995 to 1999. This extraordinary growth has placed Logical Net Communications on the Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 Annual List- ranking number 47 of America's fastest- growing privately held companies. Inc. Magazine, known as the birthplace of the entrepreneurial superstars, also placed Logical Net as the seventh fastest- growing Internet related company in the nation.

Logical Net Communications has grown, in part, because of Tush's guiding principals: To provide superior customer service and cutting edge technology coupled with a strong regional commitment. This commitment to customer service has ranked Logical Net as "The Areas Largest Internet Service Provider" three years in a row by the Capital District Business Review. Tush is a tireless advocate for urban and regional renewal, choosing to refurbish area landmarks for office locations. This commitment has saved area landmarks from demolition and created the first ever "Smart Building" and technology incubator program in the Fulton- Montgomery area. He has also instituted a company -wide policy promoting the hiring and training of non-traditional workers.

Prior to founding Logical Net, Tush worked a variety of technical related fields. His career spans the technology and software arenas. Today, Tush serves as a board member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Network, serves as a board member of the Mayfield Fire District and is a member and advisor to NAAC, The National Albanian American Council. He is also on the advisory board of the Tech Valley Initiative for the Albany Regional Chamber of Commerce and is active with the Tula Alliance. In April of 2001, Tush was honored with the prestigious "40 Under Forty" award. That is, forty individuals under the age of forty who are leading change in the Capital Region.

Tush, a native of Kosovo, immigrated to the United States at the age of 8 years old. He currently resides in Upstate New York in the town of Mayfield, with his wife and four children.
