Annual Awards Dinner Each year the National Albanian American Council honors distinguished individuals during the Annual Awards Dinner for their efforts in support of the Albanian people and their rights. Past honorees include Stan Dragoti, Mark Ledoux, Penny and David McCall, James Rubin and Bianca Jagger.  Hundreds of members, supporters and dignitaries from all over the United States and the Balkans gathered at the Plaza Hotel in New York City on June 18, 2004 to attend NAAC's Eighth Annual Awards Dinner.
